Saffron Coupe (Neguin)

They are the strands devoid of style. Through an elaborate and delicate separation process, we exclusively obtain the red part of the strand, which concentrates all the active principles of saffron. It is the best of saffron.

CRUSHED SAFFRON

They are the shredded strands with a granulometry greater than 0.8 mm. Highly valued in some consuming countries, as it is easily soluble when incorporated into different recipes and at the same time preserves a visible part of the strand.

GROUND SAFFRON

It is the result of the grinding of the strands. It is the one with the highest solubility, instantly incorporating the properties of saffron, aroma, color and flavor, to our dishes.
