It has started its activity since 2003 with another company and since 2011 it has been founded as Taraq Spain, SL, being one of the pioneering companies in the international saffron trade, offering various types of saffron as a wholesaler and distributor.
Thanks to the experience and the enormous effort made, today we can say that our products are present in more than 30 countries distributed between Europe, Asia, America.

For all these reasons, Taraq Spain has developed a total quality policy for the control and supervision of each and every one of the processes that are carried out, from when the saffron enters our warehouses until it reaches the final consumer.
Each of the processes complies with the manual and regulations, being permanently advised by companies specialized in agri-food quality and being reviewed by the Ministry of Health.

WARRANTY

Taraq Spain, SL guarantees transparency regarding the origin and composition of its products.
To ensure that the product complies with European and International regulations, as well as with the level required by our clients, saffron is analyzed by a specialized Official Laboratory approved by the Ministry of Economy and Trade. If the results of the analysis do not meet our expectations or with our client's requirements, said batch will be immediately rejected and returned to its origin.
In addition, TaraqSpain, SL has among its facilities a Laboratory equipped with the most modern technology for the development of its own analyzes and measurements.

TRACEABILITY

It is as important for us to know the origin of the raw material, as it is for our client to know the history of the product he is buying.
Traceability allows us to know at all times and quickly the exact origin and composition of each and every one of our products.
Both the saffron that enters our warehouses and the final product destined for our customers receive a different batch number, which will allow their immediate identification.

HYGIENE

From the purchase of the saffron from the farmer until it reaches the final consumer, the saffron is subjected to multiple hygienic controls.
Both our suppliers of raw materials, containers and packaging, as well as the transport companies with which we work, have been rigorously evaluated in terms of quality and hygiene.
Our workers receive training programs and information on this area, being fully aware of the importance of hygiene.
